TECHNOLOGY
1.     
Business Consultant HRIS (BC-HRIS) / Business Consultant
IFS (BC-IFS)
Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application
programs needed by customers, starting from identification the customer needs,
determine technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising
the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

 
Requirements:
·     
Bachelor Degree, preferably 
in Computer Science
·     
For BC-HRIS
:
-     
Candidates with IT
background : preferably having at least 1 year programming experience,
especially in developing HRIS software
-     
Candidates without
IT background : having wide knowledge of HRIS software or
application
·     
For BC-IFS, have depth knowledge of IFS, both programming and
system
-     
Having at least 4 years
experience in Analyzing and Designing HRIS Program
-     
Preferably having at least 1
year experience as Business Consultant, with experiences in handling
projects
 
2.     
Application Engineer (APP-ENG)
Responsible for performing computer programming,
including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure
charts, test & debugs computer programs; prepare technical documentation.

 
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer
Science
·        
Having wide knowledge of Java
or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or others RDBMS
·        
Having min. 4 years
experience as Java Programmer
·        
Having deep knowledge of
Object Oriented Programming and updating information of Open Source
software
·        
Having experiences in
designing and implementing Java Object Component (Class)
 
3.     
Application Support (APP-SUP)
Responsible for program applications installation, trial
period, training delivery as well as providing guidance of solving technical
problems to the customers
 
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer
Science
·        
Having wide knowledge of Java
or Visual Studio.Net. Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS is a
must

Preferably having 1 year
Programming experience, although fresh graduates  are encouraged to

4.     
Sales Executive (SE-IT)
Grow sales of IT solutions in existing customers and
develop new business opportunities
 
Requirements:
·        
Bachelor Degree in any
major
·        
Having min. 1 year sales
experience, especially in selling IT Solutions (software and or
hardware)
·        
Strong communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills
·        
A driver's license is a
must

Ability to travel and work

5.      Technical Support – Hardware (TS –
Hardware)
Responsible of networks and PC's installation and
troubleshooting
 
Requirements:

Graduate of Computer
Engineering

experience as Technical Support Hardware with experiences in  windows and

B.   SALES AND MARKETING
 
1.      Sales Executive (SE)

2.      Sales Executive-Textile  (SE -
Textile)

experience in selling textile chemical products   (pretreatment, dyeing and
finishing)

Sales Manager ( SM )

Requirements:

1.      Accounting Supervisor

Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting

Vacancy : MINING SUPERINTENDENT (EAST KALIMANTAN BASED) in PT Petrosea Tbk

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

MINING SUPERINTENDENT

Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from Mining Engineering.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years experience in the mining industry
2. Familiar with mining software
3. Willing to be placed in all company site locations
4. Good communication and leadership skills
5. Fluent in English, written and verbal
6. Excellent computer skill

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and monitor mining operations staff in their day to day mining operations, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedules in line with the mine plan
2. Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the Business Mining Process (BMP) plans by the Senior Mining Engineer
3. Support and monitor the implementation of  long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process, provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control of achieving the long term mine plan
4. Prepare timely and accurate information on the project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer
5. Maintain communication and coordination between mining operations and maintenance in order to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment
6. Lead, coach and manage subordinates including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinates by attracting, motivating and retaining them
7. Maintain and implement HSE programs by minimizing exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operationals to ensure that the effectiveness of the programs conform with official standards and requirements
