Ability to comprehend P&ID's, vendor information, and process control descriptions.
A strong proficiency in MS Word is required.
Must be able to relocate to Jakarta or work on a rotational basis.
Must be able to travel and have a willingness to work on occasion in various field locations.

Ø  Min. bachelor degree of any engineering background

5.      PIPING LEAD ENGINEER

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

-           To ensure optimum quality and cost effectiveness of Company's Project staffing function

MAJOR TASKS

-           To maintain CV database application and propose improvements

-           To organize regular follow up of candidates registered in CV database application

To negotiate employment conditions with selected candidates

-           To organize logistics of mobilization / demobilization and rotation travel of Project staff as required

-           To ensure regular follow up of staff assigned to Projects

-           To develop and implement best practices / procedures for candidates identification, recruitment, mobilization, assignment follow up, assessment, career development and retention

-           To coordinate, prepare with agent work permit, Visa, and follow up of renewal

 

 

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 

For the first year:

-           300 new direct candidates registered in CV database application at end of first year of employment

-           Consolidate existing agreements with approved manpower suppliers during first year of employment

-           Secure new agreements with manpower suppliers mainly in Asia - Pacific, Eastern Europe and Western Europe regions

-           Timely and efficient staffing of all Company's internal and external Projects

-           No complaint from Clients nor candidates related to the quality of the Company Project Staffing services

-           Technical Assistance: 5 Western and 12 National staff (minimum 25% gross margin after PIT) successfully supplied to Clients for first year of employment

     Subject to revision after 1st year.

• Technical High School
• Tyre preventive maintenance
• Maintain correct tyre, tubes, consumable and tyre hardware stock level and coordinate with Tyre Clerk, Warehouse Supervisor for requirements
• Good cooperation coordination among co-workers
• Responsible for the normal operation of tyre section and able to deliver services to the satisfaction of rubber tyred equipment and vehicle users
• Willing to work in Remote area; Long hours work; Frequent on-call

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER ( MPE )

• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Mining software skills ( minescape, etc )
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Having POP license is advantage

Kami perusahaan nasional di bidang pembangkit listrik swasta yang saat ini sedang berkembang pesat. Dalam rangka pembangunan dan pengoperasian Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga gas (PLTG) di Sumatera dan pengoperasian Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel (PLTD) di daerah Kalimantan, kami membutuhkan beberapa kandidat untuk mengisi posisi-posisi berikut :
 
1.      Plant manager
-          Pria maks. 45thn
-          Memiliki pengalaman 15 tahun dalam pembangkit listrik swasta
-          Berjiwa pemimpin, mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif
-          Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
 
2.      Manager Operasional
-            memiliki pengalaman 10thn dibidang yang sama
-            Berjiwa pemimpin
-            Mampu bekerja-sama dalam tim
-            Mampu berbahasa inggris aktif.
-            Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
 
3.      Elektrikal & Instrumen Control Spv – Jambi
-          Minimum S1 Degree from Electrical Engineering.
-          Having at least 3 years of solid experience in maintaining process control automation and instrumentation.
-          Experienced on execution of project of upgrading or new equipment installation.
-          Proficient in English both oral & written.
-          Familiar in computer applications
 

Electrician – Jambi

-          Age between 25-35 years old
-          Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical (Electrical is preferable)
-          Having experiences minimum 3 years in high rise building design, coordinating and working drawing review for high rise building with background from M/E consultant or developer
-          Good in English (spoken and written)
-          Hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work
 

Mechanical Spv – Jambi

-          Minimum S1 Degree from mechanical Engineering.
-          Having at least 3 years experience.
-          Experienced on execution of project of upgrading or new equipment installation.
-          Proficient in English both oral & written.
-          Familiar in computer applications
 

Mekanik – Jambi & Banjarmasin

-            Age between 25-35 years old
-            Bachelor degree in Mechanical
-            Having experiences minimum 3 years in high rise building design, coordinating and working drawing review for high rise building with background from M/E consultant or developer
-            Good in English (spoken and written)

Operational Gas turbin Spv - Jambi

-          Pria
-          Memiliki pengalaman 5thn dalam pengoperasian gas turbin Aero derivative engine
-          Mampu bekerja-sama dalam tim
-          Mampu berbahasa Inggris min. pasif.
-          Penempatan : Jambi
 

Operator Gas Turbin (PLTG) – Jambi

-          Pria,
-          memiliki pengalaman 1-2thn dalam pengoperasian gas turbin Aero derivative engine,
-          mampu bekerja-sama dalam tim
-          mampu berbahasa Inggris min. pasif.
-          Bersedia di tempatkan di Jambi
 

WTP  Spv. – Jambi

-            Pria
-            Lulusan Teknik Kimia
-            Memahami cara menangani water treatment
-            Mampu berbahasa Inggris
-            Mampu membuat laporan analisa harian
-            Lebih disukai yang berpengalaman dalam menangani WTP / pernah bekerja di pembangkit listrik
-            Penempatan : Jambi
 

Operator Diesel Engine (PTLD) – Banjarmasin

-          Pria
-          memiliki pengalaman 1-2thn dalam pengoperasian design Engine,
-          mampu bekerja-sama dalam tim
-          mampu berbahasa Inggris min. pasif.
-          Penempatan : Banjarmasin
 
 
 
 
11.  WTP Operator – Jambi
-          Pria
-          Lulusan Teknik Kimia
-          Memahami cara menangani water treatment
-          Mampu berbahasa Inggris
-          Penempatan : Jambi
 
12.  Lab Analyst – Jambi
-          Lulusan D3/S1 Engineering, Teknik Kimia atau sejenis
-          Mampu membuat laporan analisa harian
-          Lebih disukai yang berpengalaman dalam menangani WTP / pernah bekerja di pembangkit listrik
-          Penempatan : Jambi
 
13.  SHE Officer (Safety and health environment) – Jambi
-          Pria maks. 35 thn
-          Mendapat sertifikasi ahli k3
-          Menguasai pelaporan ke instansi BPLHD, Bapedal dan instansi lainnya
-          Mampu melakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya.
-          Penempatan : Jambi
