Responsibilities:

* Management:
o Assumes operational management of the project in consistency with the MCC project document and stages of Compact Development;
o Develop networks with all relevant ministries, agencies, civil society organizations, and private sectors;
o Ensures that GOI and MCC rules and regulations are implemented in all projects'activities, procurement and recruitment cases and others;
o Manages project staff (program coordinator, specialist, assistants, administrative and technical staff);
o Participates in all project meetings and regular reviews, including representing MCC Secretariat in meetings with other parties;
o Liaises with Bappenas officer on daily/weekly basis to ensure proper monitoring and realizing results;
o Supports to media/communication s work of the project.

* Technical:
o Assumes overall responsibility for the successful execution and implementation of the project towards achieving the outputs including preparing detail action plan of the projects;
o Prepares annual and detailed quarterly work plans and discusses draft with MCC Indonesia/Bappenas and other relevant stakeholders;
o Obtains approval on quarterly work plans and annual work plan from MCC Indonesia Steering Committee.
o Implements quarter work plan and monitors activities;
o Ensures proper resources and level of effort provided to insure timely delivery of activities.
o Plans and arranges, in consultation with MCC Indonesia/Bappenas, the procurement of project services in line with laid out process;
o Prepares ToR for relevant project's staff and consultants and follow up their work.

* Financial
o If required , acts on behalf of the MCC Indonesia in preparing and adjusting commitments and expenditures and acts as the sole authorizing officer for all project financial transactions (i.e. approve all financial expenditures and sign all direct payments.)
o As authorized by the Steering Committee and/or the Management Committee to make commitments of resources and expenditures for inputs including staff, consultants, goods and services and training
o Acts as the Responsible officer for delivery of project's services and achieving annual financial delivery targets;
o Manages the project resources e.g. vehicles, office equipment, furniture and stationery procured under the project and maintain asset register;
o Ensures that appropriate accounting records are kept and organized;
o Facilitates and cooperate with audit requirements at all times, as required.

* Reporting
* Prepares draft technical and other documents as required including the reporting on the following requirements:
o Monthly and quarterly technical reports of progress on project activities and financial statements of expenditure for the project;
o Annual project reports (APRs) and a Terminal Report at the end of the project in line with MCC/Bappenas formats;
o Final financial report at the end of the project;
o Technical, policy and briefing papers as requested by MCC Indonesia and Bappenas;
o Any documents needed for the MCC meeting and other meetings;
o Prepare Management Committee's reports to the Steering Committee.

* Facilitation
o Serves as the focal point of the project for coordination of the project activities with MCC, the Government and other partners;
o Leads efforts to build partnerships for the support of outputs indicated in the project document;
o Any other business as required.

* Reporting Line:
o The Project Director will report directly to the Chair of Management Committe MCC Indonesia

Requirements:

* Education: Post-graduate degree in a discipline related to public/business administration, development economics, engineering, or other relevant field. Prior experience in dealing with development projects in infrastructure, good governance, healt and education, microfinance or environment issues preferred;
* Experience: 15 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management advisory services, hands-on experience in design,monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Prior experience in setting up new organization and directing a team of expert working on tight schedule. Proficiency in working with computers and office software packages (MS Word, MS Project,Excel, etc.) is preferable;
* Language Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia;
* Other Qualifications: Good communication and presentation skills.

    "Business Partner trademark" happen and to create better workplace for employees.

4. SECURITY

    Responsible for assisting the Management in handling company business documents, which relate to government matters and
    regulation, as follows:

    - Permit to Report of Deviation Work Time and Rest Time Over 9 Hour of The Day and 54 Hour of The Week.
    - Permit of Obligatory to Pay of Work Accident Insurance Report.

    - Monthly Obligatory Work Time Deviation Report

    Renewal Permit of Heavy Equipments to Government.

IT SITE OFFICER

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree major in Information Technology from a reputable university
2) Min. 2 (two) years of demonstrated work experience in the same field
3) Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7
4) Good understanding in Windows File/Print NTFS Permission and Folder Sharing
5) Good understanding in Corporate IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT Security
6) Good knowledge in Dell/HP server, blade, and tape backup hardware
7) Good knowledge of McAfee or Sophos Antivirus client

Responsibilities:
1) Monitor and maintain site IT system and infrastructure in order to maintain IT operation compliance with :
- Existing ISO
- Microsoft Operation Framework (MOF)
- IT Governance Common Standards
- IT Control Objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley
- IT Security
2) Conduct daily / morning check / monitoring of site's file / print server, server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system and logs the result on a dedicated ICT Portal site to ensure stable and greater reliability
3) Monitor and maintain the health of site's file/print server, server/blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system in order to meet SLA requirements
4) Conduct trends system incidents in recognizing problems, provide research, isolation, resolution and follow up to ensure all problems are fully corrected
5) Maintain document backup report/log, patches and service pack update on a dedicated IGS portal site and periodically test backup in order to ensure reliability
6) Develop and review appropriate system documentation and reporting for :
- Site / Project file & print server
- Site / Project server, blade, tape backup
