A.    LEGAL

 

Legal Officer (LEGO)

Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for Corporate Actions arrangement.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Law, specifically majoring in Business (Keperdataan)

·         Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

·         Good command of spoken and written English also Mandarin

 

B.     HUMAN RESOURCES

 

1.      Training Officer ( TRO )

Conduct & facilitate training program, develop training modules, run TNA & post training performance consulting. Responsible for the coordination, administration and maintenance of the variety of training programs.

 

Requirements:

·         S2 Degree in multi discipline (one of them should be in Psychology )

·         Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer

·         Having strong ability to define TNA

·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

·         Good command in spoken and written English is a must

·         Willing to travel

 

2.      Recruitment Officer ( REC )

Responsible in all process of recruitment and selection

 

Requirements:

·         Graduate of  Psychologist (  Profession )

·         Having a minimum of 2 years experience in doing the assessment

·         Good command of spoken and written English

 

C.    ACCOUNTING

 

1.      Accounting (ACCT)

Responsible for good recording of all transactions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Having a minimum of 1 year experience as Accounting Staff
  • Having knowledge of Accounting System

2.      Tax Staff ( TAXSF )

Responsible for preparing the Tax report up to handling Tax issue

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting

·         Having a minimum of 1 year experience as Tax Staff; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

D.    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

 

1.       Sales Executive (SE-IT)

Grow sales of IT solutions in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in any major

·         Having a minimum of 1 year sales experience, especially in selling IT Solutions (software and or hardware)

·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·         A driver's license is a must

·         Ability to travel and work independently are a must

 

2.      Application Support (APPLISUP)

Responsible for program applications installation, trial the programs and deliver training or provide information to the customers  how to use the programs

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science

·         Having skill in SQL Server, Visual Basic 6, VB.NET, Crystal Report

·         Preferably with a minimum of 1 year in the same field, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 

3.       Programmer (PROG)

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; prepare technical documentation.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science

·         Having deep knowledge of SQL Server, Visual Basic 6, VB.NET, Crystal Report and PHP

·         Having a minimum of 1 year in the same field

 

E.     SALES AND MARKETING

 

1.      Sales Executive (SE)

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Industrial Engineering / Pharmacy

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year sales experience; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Ability to travel and work independently are a must

·         To be posted in Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya

 

2.      Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow the business

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Preferably having a  minimum of 1 year experience as Customer Service; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literate with ability to operate PC and MS Windows
  • To be posted in Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya

 

 

F.     MANUFACTURE

 

1.      Laboratory Supervisor-Textile (LS-TEX)

Plans, manages and supervises the activities of laboratory and performs standard chemical tests in all areas of laboratory and does chemical analyses to have the final result

 

Requirements:

·         Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemical Analyst or Textile Technology (Chemical)

·         Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         To be posted in Cikarang

 

2.      Project Manager (PM)

Responsible for pre, during and post of all project activities

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably Food Technology or Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Having work experience in starch production with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Ability to travel is a must

 

3.      Research and Development Supervisor (RDSPV)

Responsible for coordinating the R&D and business development activities

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

·         Having a minimum of 3-4 years experience of research and development in chemical manufacturing

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Preferably residing in Gresik/Surabaya; but those who resides outside mentioned area and willing to be posted in Gresik are encouraged to apply

 

G.    WATER TREATMENT

 

1.      Project Engineering Manager (PJMGR)

Responsible for pre, during and post of all project activities

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

·         Having work experience in Water Treatment with a minimum of 5 years as Project Engineering Manager

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Able to work independently or as a team player

·         Ability to travel is a must

 

2.      Process Engineering Manager (PEMGR)

Responsible for designing water and/or waste water treatment plant properly and to commission the system once built completely

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

·         Having work experience in Water Treatment with a minimum of 3 years as Process Engineer

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Able to work independently or as a team player

·         Ability to travel is a must

 

3.      Senior Civil Engineer (SRCE)

Responsible for civil area in water treatment industry

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

·         Having minimum of 3 years experience as Civil Engineer

·         Good command of spoken and written English

·         Able to work independently or as a team player

·         Ability to travel is a must

 

H.    GENERAL AFFAIR

 

Maintenace and Electrical ( ME )

Responsible in coordinating and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment ( including installation, repairing and preventive maintenance )

 

Requirements :

·         Graduate of  Electrical Engineering

·         Having a minimum 2 - 3 years experience in coordinating maintenance team

·         Having wide knowledge of building maintenance system ( mechanical and electrical )

·         Able to work independently as well as in a team

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills
