Purpose of Position :
Handle Customer Inquiries and complaints in order to provide excellent service to customer.
The requirements are :
1. Min. Diploma education or school certificate or equivalent.
2. Min. 1 year relevant experience in customer service environment.
3. Computer literate on Microsoft office application
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving
5. Strong written and oral communication in both local and English languages
6. Ability to work in a team
7. Ability to work under pressure
8. Willing to work night shift (until 11.00 pm)
