In line with our company's objective and organizational demand, we are currently seeking for :

Recruitment & Development Specialist
(R&D Spc)

The requirements are :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Psychologist or Master in Profession Psychology are preferable.
• Maximum 28 years old
  
• 1 Year of professional experience in recruitment and/or organization developmet
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Computer literature
• Knowledge in HR theory and practices
• Ability to develop psychological measurement tool (questionnaire, scale, and interview manual)
• Knowledge in the use and interpretation of personality profiling
• Ability to use statistical knowledge and program
• Leadership skill
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi tasking, energetic, and able to work in team is a must
• Having a car would be an advantage
