Human Resources SUPERVISOR
Qualification required: · Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university. · Having 3 years experience in Human Resources · Excellent knowledge in human resources management; such as industrial relations, handling labour dispute, training, company policy, job description, grading systems, and other human resources aspects. · Dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed to finish the task. · Has experienced in managing overall general affairs matters of a plant.
Information Technology STAFF Qualification required: · S1 Graduated, majoring in IT, Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization. · Good analytical skill and Good interpersonal skill. · Have interest in IT fields as well as IT hardware products and telecommunications. · Ready to work hard and under pressure · Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Industrial Engineering STAFF Qualification required: · S1 Graduated, majoring in Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri) is a Must. · Fluent in English, both oral and written. · Excellent knowledge in Time study, lay out garment process, etc. · Having 3 years experience as Industrial Engineering in Garment Manufacture.
