Responsibilities:

Implementation of recruitment process based on
company standard business operating procedures.Actively involve in providing pipe lines for
high potential resources.Coordinating, Planning and Reporting of Learning
and People Development program.Maintaining people soft as employee personal
informationMonitor implementation on company standard
policy on human resources aspects.Planning and implementation of reward and
recognitionOrganize company's engagement events.

Requirements:

Degree holder in any subjectMinimum 4 years in HR and GA activity.Fast learner, and continuous improvement spiritGood presentation skills as well as
understanding of training methodsGood interpersonal and influencing skillsGood English and able to correspond in EnglishMust be proactive team player Strong administrative skills such as filing and
managing the documentation
