Qualifications:
1. Male, Max. 25 years old
2. University graduate (S-1) in Industrial Engineering
3. Minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4.00)
4. Willing to work hard
5. Having good skill in analysis and communication
6. Good skill in computer
7. Fluent in English both spoken and written
8. Familiar working in Japanese environment
9. Good analytical thinking
10. Pleasant personality in every level in organization
11. Proactive, good initiative, result and process oriented, able build relation at all level
