Our Client, a Multinational Company, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

 

- Operation Manager for Project Dept. -

 

Responsibilities:

·         Support the document tender preparation

·         Verifies that contracts are compatible with the original tender documents

·         Distributes contract and its amendment to all related parties

·         Integrating good communication between client and operation team- domestic and international

·         Obtaining rates, preparing and follow up quotation and maintaining quotation log

·         Field assignment when requested

 

Requirements:

·         Male, min S1 degree of any major or Marine/ Transportation

·         Good understanding of Freight Forwarding, Logistic, Custom Brokerage and Formalities

·         Understanding of HSE terminology

·         Good understanding of Heavy lifting, cargo loading/ unloading, securing and stowing

·         Good understanding of vessel chartering

·         Sound knowledge of project, Oil & Energy industry and customer

·         English literacy both oral and written

·         Computer Literate: Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
