Senior
Marketing Support

 

She will lead
a team of 5 other Marketing Support who supports Gudang Garam Jakarta Marketing
Division in all administrative and secretarial tasks.

 

Requirement:

·        
Preferably
live not far off Gudang Garam office in Sunter area

·        
Female,
27-40 years old

·        
Min
5 years experience in administrative or as secretary, with min 2 years in
supervisory or senior role

·        
Good
leadership; able to lead, manage, supervise and organize the work of 5
relatively young admin staff

·        
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills

·        
Attention
to detail, EXTREMELY neat and organized

·        
Able
to work under pressures and tight deadlines (not panicky-panicky)

·        
Flexible,
able to work with uncertainty and "chaotic" system
