1. Oil Tools Sales Manager

Responsibilities

- Direct and develop comprehensive account management plans to grow revenue; ensure strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the geographical area of responsibility
- Direct and develop a sales team at client level within the area.
- Develop training plans for client facing staff.
- Establish positive relationships with key clients, focused on management level.
- Analyze competitor intelligence on products and strategies.
- Maintain strategies for market share gain/product launch with marketing/engineering personnel.
- Acquire comprehensive understanding of clients / focus areas.
- Establish performance matrix for customer profitability, account goals and account strategies at managed accounts.
- Report accurate market intelligence within the managed accounts for total available market, market share position, competitor strategies and growth opportunities.
- Track strategic projects, ensure proper strategies are implemented and coordinate project specific requirements with appropriate region groups.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews with Product Line Representatives to follow up on strategies and review performance.
- Ensure region pricing strategies are followed at managed accounts.

Education/Experience

- Bachelor degree in science or engineering field, ideally supplemented by a marketing or business qualification.
- Oilfield experience in completions and intervention products and services.
- 8+ years experience in
relevant experience in a multi-national organization; 3+ years direct experience in client facing roles.

Skills Requirement

- Demonstrated success in technical sales in a business-to-business environment.
- Knowledge of well completion and intervention products and services and their applications.
- Demonstrated success in leading a team.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to lead team-oriented environment.
- Thorough understanding of customer business requirements.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of completion products and services: cased hole completion, liner hanger, packer, sand control, gravel pack.
- Knowledge of intervention services: fishing, work over, casing exit, wellbore cleanup

2. Wire Logging Sales Manager

Responsibilities

-
Find business opportunities and execute business strategies, using existing marketing and technical resources in an assigned area.
- Grow business volume by meeting and exceeding plan numbers. Maximize client interaction and consultancy engagement in a growing and dynamic market.
- Foster collaboration across product lines to achieve maximum pull-through revenue.
- Create and executes business growth plans as well as works within given budgets.
- Achieve sales and customer contact targets on a regular basis.
- Execute Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Handle specific projects as assigned


Education/Experience

-
B.Sc. degree is required, M.Sc. degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience related to wireline logging and completion services
 
Skills Requirement

-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of client culture in assigned region. Having pre-existing client relationships and engagements is an advantage

Additional Information

Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of wireline logging (open hole and cased hole) and perforation services- Knowledge of completion products and services: cased hole completion, liner hanger, packer, sand control, gravel pack.

3. Chemical Services and Technology Solutions Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Prepare procedures for a safe, effective and high quality job.
- Ensure operations are in compliance with HSE and quality policies.
- Identify equipment and manpower required to undertake the activity taking the necessary steps to make these available.
- Provide service to the clients, including demulsifiers, water clarifiers, scale and corrosion inhibitors, biocides, H
2S Scavengers, water treatment package.
- Liaise with personnel whilst on location in order to provide support and ensure completion of the activity.
- Provide training to customers and sales personnel.
- Liaise/communicate with clients.
- Handle special projects, as assigned.

Education/Experience

- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- 8+ years industry related experience in oilfield chemicals operations.
- Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market.

Skills Requirement


- Extensive knowledge of company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting and staffing.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
